Competition in Public Procurement - Rules of the Game for Consortia

AmCham Romania is pleased to invite companies to the “Competition in Public Procurement - Rules of the Game for Consortia” conference to be organized by the Competition Council, in partnership with AmCham Romania, on June 29, 2017 between 09:00 – 14:30 at the Sheraton Bucharest Hotel, Iridium Ballroom.

The conference sessions will focus on topics of current interest for both companies, contracting authorities, and state institutions involved in public procurement, such as:

• The importance of ensuring a fair competition within the procurement procedures
•  Eligibility criteria – premises of establishing consortia
• The role of state institutions in public procurement
• Competition rules and consortia
• Self-assessment of consortia members in terms of competition requirements compliance.

The event will bring together representatives of all relevant central authorities, academia, legal and business community. For details, please refer to the attached draft agenda.
